RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hooked Soul purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to start the process. Please note that all items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
